Personal coaching for young athletes

The talent is there. We build the daily habits that unlock it.

A personalized daily plan across training, school, recovery, and life habits, with real accountability. Every day your athlete checks off what they did and proves it with a photo. You watch the progress. So does their coach.

Most young athletes don't fall short on talent. They fall short on consistency.
×

They know what to do, but life gets in the way. Practice, school, phones, late nights.

×

Nobody's watching the day-to-day. The gym session, the study block, the sleep, the daily habits: they slip when no one holds the standard.

×

Motivation fades. Big goals feel far away when there's no clear plan for today.

How it works

A plan for every day. Proof for every rep.

We turn big goals into a simple daily checklist your athlete actually follows, and can't fake their way through.

1

A plan made for them

A personalized daily schedule across training, lifts, study, recovery, and sleep, built around their sport, week, and goals.

2

They do it & prove it

Each day they check off activities and upload a quick photo as proof. Streaks build. Skipping shows. Real accountability, not the honor system.

3

Coach reviews & adjusts

Their coach sees every submission, approves it, and nudges the plan and goals as they grow. You watch the progress bars climb.

What's inside

Everything a serious athlete needs, in one place.

Personalized daily schedule

Training times, lifts, school, and sleep, laid out day by day, around their real week.

Photo-verified accountability

Every activity is backed by a photo. An AI first-pass plus coach review means the work gets done.

A coach in their corner

Every athlete gets a dedicated coach. A one-on-one call every two weeks to review, reset, and plan ahead, plus a written check-in every week in between. The app tracks the days. The coach builds the athlete.

Goals that stay visible

1, 3, 6 and 12-month targets with progress bars, so the big goal never gets lost in the grind.

Streaks that build momentum

Showing up every day becomes the habit, and something they don't want to break.

Feels like a real app

No download needed. Open the link, add it to the home screen, and it works like a native app.

Is it a fit?

Built for athletes who want it, and parents who want to help.

This is for you if

  • Your athlete is 13–18 and serious about their sport
  • They have goals but struggle to stay consistent day to day
  • You want structure around training, school, and recovery
  • You'd rather guide than nag

What you get

  • A plan tailored to your athlete, not a generic template
  • Daily accountability without you having to police it
  • A coach reviewing the work and adjusting as they grow
  • Real, visible progress you can both see
Pricing

Simple monthly pricing

Ages 13–15

$250/month

Ages 16–18

$300/month

Here's what that actually buys. A dedicated coach on a one-on-one call with your athlete every two weeks. A written check-in reviewed by their coach every week. Daily photo-verified habit tracking, which means a coach has eyes on your athlete's effort essentially every single day of the month. And a monthly report so you always know where things stand.

Put it next to what sports families already spend. A single private lesson in the GTA runs $80 to $120 an hour and covers one skill, once. A tutor covers one subject. A travel season runs thousands before either of those. This is the layer underneath all of it, the daily consistency that decides whether any of that other spending pays off, for about $8 to $10 a day.

No contracts, month to month. If it's not working for your family, you stop.

Questions

Good to know

What sports is this for?+

Any of them, individual or team. Whether your athlete swims, plays baseball, runs track, or plays basketball, the disciplines that separate good from great are the same: consistent training, real recovery, steady daily habits, enough sleep, and staying on top of school. We tailor the sport-specific pieces and keep the universal habits. Multi-sport athletes are welcome too; we build the plan around whatever their week actually looks like.

How much time does it take each day?+

Two to three minutes of app time. The plan organizes the training and daily habits they should already be doing; it removes the guesswork, it doesn't add hours. Through the day they open it, check off what they've done, and snap a quick photo. The photo takes seconds, and checking in daily is itself part of building discipline. Setup happens once, up front.

Do they need any special equipment or a download?+

Just a phone with a camera. There's nothing to download from an app store. They open a link, tap "Add to Home Screen," and it lives on their phone with an icon and opens full-screen like a normal app. Works the same on iPhone and Android. No wearables, no extra gear.

How is this different from a workout or nutrition app?+

Those hand your athlete a generic plan and leave them on their own, exactly where most kids fall off. TriPerformance is coach-led: a real person builds the plan for your athlete, reviews the photo proof, approves or sends it back, and adjusts the plan and goals as they grow. The tech handles daily structure and accountability; a human handles judgment and the relationship.

Do you handle diet and nutrition?+

Food and hydration show up as daily habits, like eating a real breakfast or hitting a water goal, verified the same way as everything else. We don't set diets, count calories, or track weight. If your athlete needs sport nutrition guidance, that belongs with a registered dietitian, and we'll say so.

What stops my athlete from skipping or faking it?+

Every activity has to be backed by a photo, and every photo is reviewed, first automatically, then by their coach, who can send back anything that doesn't hold up. Skipping becomes visible instead of silent. The daily streak adds gentle pressure most kids respond to. It's not about punishment. Missing a day isn't failure, the streak just restarts. The goal is honesty and consistency.

How involved do I have to be as a parent?+

Far less than you probably are now. The point is to move accountability off your shoulders. The coach reviews the work and holds the standard, so you don't have to nag. You can see progress and streaks yourself and celebrate the wins. Your job becomes supporting, not policing.

How do we get started, and what does it cost?+

Start with a short intake form so we can learn about your athlete: sport, schedule, goals, habits, and struggles. From there we build their personalized plan and send their private login, usually within a few days. Ages 13–15 are $250/month, ages 16–18 are $300/month, no contracts, month to month. Start the intake or reach out and we'll walk you through it. If we're at capacity, join the waitlist and we'll contact you the moment a spot opens.
