Before your athlete's TriPerformance account is created, please read this page. It explains, in plain language, what information we collect about your athlete and how it's used. Creating an account means you've read this and agree on your athlete's behalf.
What TriPerformance does
Your athlete's coach builds them a personalized daily plan: training, nutrition, school, and sleep. Each day, your athlete checks off what they've done and uploads a photo as proof. Their coach reviews it and can see their progress, streaks, and goals.
What we collect about your athlete
Name, email, and account login information Created by the coach, not a public sign-up form.
Photos they upload as proof of completing an activity These are automatically deleted after 2 days. We don't keep a photo library.
Training, nutrition, sleep, and school activity, and whether they completed it This is what builds their daily checklist and streaks.
Goals and progress toward them, and short notes from the coach Visible to your athlete and their coach.
Information from the intake form (age/grade, weight, food habits, schedule, goals) Used once, up front, to design their plan.
Who sees it
Your athlete's coach can see their activity, photos (until auto-deleted), goals, and progress, in order to verify their work and adjust their plan. TriPerformance uses a small number of technology providers (our database/hosting company, and optionally an AI service for a first-pass photo check) to run the app. See our full Privacy Policy for the complete list. We do not sell your athlete's information or share it with advertisers.
Your rights as a parent or guardian
- You can ask to see everything we have on file for your athlete
- You can ask us to correct anything that's inaccurate
- You can ask us to delete your athlete's account and data at any time
- You can withdraw this consent at any time, which will end your athlete's access to the Service
